Department:
In this role you will be responsible for the design, development and delivery of the HIA Security Operational functions as well as operational management of contracted functions, that includes Security Patrolling staff, security screening staff. i.e. hold baggage screening, transfer screening, secondary screening and staff screening. Accountable for ensuring that the required security outcomes, including contracted security outcomes are achieved in a cost effective way whilst ensuring that the highest levels of customer service are delivered each time by the direct and indirect teams.
Experience & Qualifications:
For this role you must have Bachelor degree or equivalent with minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow. Strong mentoring and coaching skills also should have managerial skills.
Ability to train and develop subordinate skills and ability to foster teamwork among team members.
